FRIDOIDS Site goes live

At 2:35 today the Fridoids site went live. A site that has been designed to give TGI Friday's a dynamic, relevant and fun way to recruit new staff throughout their UK restaurants... This was a joint effort with a company called Froya who built the site. Big thanks to Al who didn't sleep for a long time to make sure it was perfect.. and Gavin for trusting us to deliver it on time.. well done.

Chates and Matt have decided they look like brothers. Apparently this is because they both have gingery hair and spectacles. If you ask me, their biggest similarity is their shared reluctance to make the tea...

Our friends at Froya made the holding page live today, meaning Friday's staff can begin submitting their stories, pictures and videos about life as a FRiDOiD.

Fresh team member, stale tea bags

Yippee! Matt Rogers has joined us in the Shed!

In spite of the Shed's dinky size, Matt fits in very well indeed.

He has already won today's 'tea off' contest, producing by far the tastiest workplace cuppa.

However, it still didn't taste quite right. What is wrong with our tea? Is it the water? The milk? The teabags? Or perhaps even the spoon?

We can't be sure. But we're determined to get to the bottom of it - even if it does taste vile.
